Hafren Education

Hafren has been working with local Montgomeryshire Communities over the last few years to promote learning through the arts, inspiring children and young adults to achieve their potential.

The education work has become very important to the brand and reputation of Hafren. It supports our professionally presented programme, enables Hafren to work in meaningful and innovative ways in partnership with other organisations, and enhances the lives of the residents in our catchment area.

Hafren now successfully manages a variety of education projects allowing local amateurs to work alongside professional companies, create their own work and inspire self-confidence. Hafren has significantly increased its collaborative working pattern having previously worked alongside Arts Connection (based in Llanfyllin), Celf O Gwmpas (based in Llandrindod Wells), Mid Wales Music Trust, Sinfonia Cymru and Mid Wales Opera to offer further opportunities.
