Hafren Theatre works with TicketPlan to offer optional ticket insurance to our customers. This cover enables ticket holders to apply for a refund if they are unable to attend an event due to certain specified unforeseen circumstances, as outlined in the policy terms and conditions. Insurance is provided by TicketPlan and is subject to their terms, conditions, and claims process.

TicketPlan Refund Protection is available for your booking at £1.85 per ticket. Please note that TicketPlan is non-refundable and must be added for every ticket within the transaction at the time of purchase. Terms and conditions apply. As tickets are non-refundable, TicketPlan helps protect you if you are unable to attend due to accidents, unexpected illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. By adding TicketPlan to your basket, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable terms and conditions, and we recommend retaining a copy for your records. TicketPlan Refund Protection is an optional service administered by TicketPlan on behalf of The Hafren. It is not an insurance policy.

Please note that Hafren Theatre is not involved in the administration, assessment, or approval of TicketPlan claims and has no influence over the outcome of any claim. Your statutory rights are not affected.
