You can pay by credit or debit card. Telephone bookings will be diverted to an ansaphone for the 30 minutes prior to a performance to allow Box Office staff to serve personal callers.

Online Sales

Tickets for all shows are available to purchase online at www.thehafren.co.uk/whatson.php. Customers can either print off a receipt or request that their tickets be despatched in the post for a fee of £1.20. Please bring your receipt when collecting your tickets.

Digital Tickets

We offer the option for online bookers to print their tickets at home. Just select 'Print At Home' when you checkout. You will receive an email with a pdf link to your tickets, where you will be able to view and print them. You do not need to print off your tickets for admittance, simply show them on your phone or device when entering the auditorium.

Give the name of the performance, the number of tickets (including any concessions), your name, address and daytime telephone number. Enclose a cheque for the total amount made out to 'Hafren-NPTC Group' with the cheque card number on the reverse side. Add £1.20 to the total if you wish the tickets to be posted to you.

Call in to the Box Office during opening hours. There is plenty of free parking outside.

When emailing Hafren Box Office regarding your booking, please do not include any personal bank details. We will only ever ask you to input these details when purchasing tickets online or when you contact us over the telephone to order your tickets.

Concessionary Prices

Where shown, concessionary tickets are available to children, students, over-60s, registered disabled (including an accompanying carer) and the unemployed. Family Concession and Early Saver tickets are all subject to availability, and must be paid for by the specified date. Capacity may be restricted. We reserve the right to withdraw these offers at any time, without notice. Family tickets are a maximum of four persons with at least two of these being children.

Party Booking Rates

These are available for most performances to groups of 10 and over. One free ticket is available for every 10 tickets booked. Please confirm with the box office that the party rate applies to the performance you wish to book. Gift Vouchers

Our gift vouchers are the perfect present for any occasion, offering a gateway to a world of musical theatre, drama, comedy, live music, dance and more. Gift vouchers are sent by email, valid for two years from the date of purchase, and can be redeemed online. Gift vouchers cannot be resold by third parties or for commercial gain. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be returned or transferred for cash.

Hynt

Hynt is a free, independent scheme for people who require additional support to attend the theatre, with every theatre in Wales recognising the scheme. It is a Wales only scheme at this time. Acceptance or otherwise to the scheme is not under the control of Hafren. If you need support or assistance to attend a performance at the theatre then you may be eligible to join Hynt. To become a Hynt member and receive your Hynt Card you will need to apply through the scheme's application process. You can apply online or you can collect forms from our box office team. Our team at the venue can assist with the forms but we ask that you arrange a time to come in so that we can ensure a staff member is available. You can do this by calling 01686 948100 or emailing

HYNT and companion tickets are bookable only through the Box Office (they are not available online).

  • Please note that the number of companion tickets available per production are limited.
  • You may be asked to show your Hynt card alongside your tickets, so please ensure you bring your Hynt card with you when attending a production.
  • Hynt tickets are not available for every performance at The Hafren. Please ask at the Box Office for more information.
  • Hynt tickets are available with the purchase of a full priced ticket.
  • Hynt number must be provided at time of booking to be eligible for the free ticket.
  • The Hafren terms and conditions apply to all purchases.

TicketPlan

TicketPlan Refund Protection is available for your booking at £1.85 per ticket. Please note that TicketPlan is non-refundable and must be added for every ticket within the transaction at the time of purchase. Terms and conditions apply. As tickets are non-refundable, TicketPlan helps protect you if you are unable to attend due to accidents, unexpected illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. By adding TicketPlan to your basket, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable terms and conditions, and we recommend retaining a copy for your records. TicketPlan Refund Protection is an optional service administered by TicketPlan on behalf of The Hafren. It is not an insurance policy.

Please note that Hafren Theatre is not involved in the administration, assessment, or approval of TicketPlan claims and has no influence over the outcome of any claim. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds & Exchanges

Hafren appreciates customers' commitment to the theatre in booking early for events and recognises that changes of plan can occur. On these occasions, if the tickets are returned to the Box Office we will attempt to re-sell them to another customer. This cannot be guaranteed as all of the theatre's unsold tickets will be sold first. If successful in re-selling the tickets, the Box Office will issue a voucher to you for use against any future booking. Credit vouchers can only be issued to the original purchaser of the ticket. It is regretted that, in line with most other professional theatres, cash refunds cannot be made on tickets already purchased.
