From The North
(Manchester, Liverpool, Chester)
Follow the A483 South from Chester, passing Oswestry and Welshpool. The theatre is situated to the West of Newtown; Take the A489 Newtown Bypass at the first roundabout on approaching Newtown. On the last roundabout at the end of the bypass, turn right and head back in to Newtown. The theatre is situated on the left hand side. Turn left at the next roundabout. Chester is 56 miles (1 hour, 25 minutes) from the Hafren.
From The East
(London, Birmingham, Shrewsbury)
Follow the A5 West, towards Wales. Exit the roundabout at the first exit signposted A458 towards Welshpool. At the Welshpool Livestock Sales roundabout, take the first exit signposted A483. Follow the signs to Newtown (A483). The theatre is situated to the West of Newtown; Take the A489 Newtown Bypass at the first roundabout on approaching Newtown. On the last roundabout at the end of the bypass, turn right and head back in to Newtown. The theatre is situated on the left hand side. Turn left at the next roundabout. Shrewsbury is 36 miles (54 minutes) from the Hafren.
From The South
(Bristol, Cardiff, Brecon)
Follow the A470 North from Cardiff. In Builth Wells, turn right onto the A483 towards Llandrindod Wells and Newtown. On approaching the A483 Newtown Bypass, turn left at the roundabout. On the last roundabout at the end of the bypass, turn right and head back in to Newtown. The theatre is situated on the left hand side. Turn left at the next roundabout. Brecon is 55 miles (1 hour, 24 minutes) from the Hafren.
By Train
Newtown Train Station is just a five-minute drive from the theatre. The Cambrian Coast service (Transport for Wales) links several towns in North Powys (Machynlleth, Caersws, Newtown and Welshpool) and provides access to Aberystwyth, Aberdovey, Barmouth, Porthmadog and Pwllheli to the West and the North. To the East, the line provides access to Shrewsbury, Telford, Wolverhampton and Birmingham.

By Bus
Newtown Bus Station is just a thirty-minute walk from the theatre. The 'Traws Cambria' bus, Service 704 offers a two-hourly service linking Brecon, Builth Wells, Llandrindod Wells and Newtown.

Parking
Parking in our theatre car park is free, with disabled parking and access to our level ground floor entrance and box office.
We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the performance you are going to see, giving you time to collect your tickets, have a drink in our gallery / bar area and relax before going into the auditorium. If you are travelling a long distance to get to us, remember to allow extra time for any possible travel delays. There is a free app called TrafficEye, available on the app store.
